Today’s villain is a suave, tophat-wearing gentleman. Oh, and he sucks the life out of people until their bodies dry up and evaporate. He is the Evil Weevil!

I never would have guessed a giant bug with the word “evil” in his name would be so scary.
He is so innocent looking!
The Courage family encounter this beastly butler while driving home one day. The Evil Weevil flies across the street and the family runs him over complete with blood on the windshield! Muriel feels bad for the potential internal injuries caused to the bug, and Eustace wants to avoid a vehicular homicide charge so the family invite Evil Weevil back home for dinner.

Dinner sounds lovely, my dear! I'm just waiting for Professor Layton to pop in and bust this fiend!
The Evil Weevil starts feeding on the family for the rest of the episode. He poses as a gentlemanly butler who values comfort. He gives massages, prepares baths, and talks with a British accent! Oh, and he uses his insect tongue to to suck the life out of Eustace and Muriel. He even turns Eustace into a pile of dust!
Old ladies make great desserts!
Courage eventually confronts the Evil Weevil and attaches the Weevil’s own tongue to the body of the bug which results in the Evil Weevil eating himself and shrinking.

The Evil Weevil makes the list for being smart enough to pose as a gentleman. Make no mistake, he is a ruthless, calculating villain who preys on the kindness of others. I would not be shocked if he threw himself in front of the truck at the beginning in order to get to his next meal. We learn that the Evil Weevil does not have to do this to survive, but enjoys the various tastes and sensations. This makes the Evil Weevil quite...BLECK!
