Today I went to Amazon to look up a recent order and I was accosted by this ad for Kirby Planet Robobot. A thing I didn't even know was happening. It looks adorable. I hope the mechanics stay true to the feel of a Kirby game. What do you think?

The game look awesome.
You could argue it's basically a sequel of triple deluxe with some innovations thrown in like the mecha gameplay, new copy abilities, new ennemies, etc...
A bit sad that Kirby tend to have delayed overseas release (this game is coming out next week in japan but it will only come overseas this june)
To b3 more exact it more like Return to Dreamland since that is what the base on when making Triple but it all mean the same really so either or works.
I really looking forward to this, A surprising new villain gang that doesn't see to be evil. Drastic different in designs then most of the series. So it seem like it will be a good game to get.
Would rather go to Waffle Kingdom than this Mushroom crap.

I'm looking forward to it, especially those side modes. I'm not sure if the bots are going to be restricted to one level (seems like they are similar to Hypernova and Super Abilities) but they're definitely a step up from Hypernova. I think Hypernova was a bit... boring to me after experiencing Super Abilities.

Kirby Planet Robobot is looking to be really good, although it might be a little close to Triple Deluxe, which was close to Return to Dreamland. Once we get this Kirby platformer up and rolling, I'd like to see an Air Ride sequel. It's about time we get another one. I also don't see why we have to get Planet Robobot MONTHS later. :[
Oh god, they are reusing the engine? KIRBY IS RUIN FOREVER!!
Really though, they change it up enough so that it feel different. The deigns are all so different between all three and ui wouldn't mind if thsi will be Kirby default style, I think it works so well.

I don't mind that. In fact, Kirby still tries to do new things, even in Planet Robobot. But before that, we had Rainbow Curse to mix Kirby up a bit. I don't think it's bad either, but I never really played a lot of it to get an impression. I think I enjoyed it though.
