First you need a hairdo longer than most villains in the Mario series, females included.

Second either you use nightmare induced static electricity or if you don't have it, use a lot of hair gel:P

Third, do not put Bleck hat on your head while having said hairdo, the sheer magnificiance of the two combined will simultanely make All the worlds explode and implode at the same time.

I will look so FABULOUS even without Bleck's hat now!
