The new theme is up. :mario:

The color scheme is based on that of the Mario Boards ~~and no it's not because I miss being there after my ban~~ however I added a pattern with various Mario universe characters in the background. Sadly not all of them are visible unless either you are zoomed way out or you have a Godzilla-sized computer screen.

Minor update- There is now a guest thread where anyone, logged in or not, can post. Also, introducing the award system: Three trophies are now available to display on your profile. To earn them, refer to the below:

Bronze Fawful	Refer 1 member to the forums or donate 5 dollars to the forums.
Silver Fawful	Refer 3 active* members to the forums or donate 10 dollars to the forums.
Gold Fawful	Refer 6 active* members to the forums or donate 20 dollars to the forums.

*Active member: A member who reaches Paragoomba rank (50 posts). When referring a member, tell them to let us know who referred them, or else we won't know. If you qualify for one of these trophies and haven't received it, pop me a PM and I'll take care of it. If I'm not available, the other staff members should also be able to award trophies. When requesting a trophy, be sure to list the members you referred so we can verify. To donate using Paypal, there is a button at the bottom of the page. Let me know when you donate so I know who it was. Remember, anyone who donates any amount becomes a Supporter. You can also become a Supporter by earning a Gold Fawful trophy. Supporters have access to private boards.

Yep, I remember when you donated. By the way, earning a gold trophy automatically gives you the two others.

Well I think I'm exempt from the referral thing, since I pretty much count as the referrer for anyone who wasn't explicitly referred by someone else, due to the fact that I have a link here in many of my signatures elsewhere (and it's now permanently in all of my MarioBoards posts as I can no longer change that signature, lol)

Aaand I spoke too soon, apparently this plugin just puts a different image over the existing one, and it occasionally doesn't load at all. And when I looked at this thread as a guest, I still had my normal avatar. Tell me if you see the custom avatar or not. If not I will disable and/or find a better version of this plugin.

Edit: I made a few posts here and there, and my avatars seem to be working beautifully.

It seems that if you edit your post, the URL for the avatar somehow becomes "http://http"

Which obviously breaks the avatar. I will have to look into this, though the plugin may have to go bye-bye as it did say it was still in beta.
