I loved the plot twists in Miracle Mask, even if some were obvious. It was a deep story! However, some twists were not so easy to see.
I like dialogue period. Like I said, I turned the voices off on Bravely Default right away so I could read the text, and I loved old RPGs without voice acting. I want stories and I want to imagine the voices my own way.
Sticker Star did away with dialogue for the most part and it killed the game for me.
I certainly did not expect so much twists and turns. I started to question my very existence!
More games simply need to be like Bravely Default and have a choice for reading all the dialogue or listening to the voices. I know plenty who become bored if they have to read dialogue at length. Why do you think social networking is so popular with character limits? So sad.
The next Paper Mario will be fully voiced with awful Italian stereotypes and fungus sounds(whatever those are)in place of toads. ^_^
Rage quits probably made most people hate this game. This game does a good job screwing with the player.
Super Paper Mario was also hated because it made people mad with Mimi's million rubees or the Whoa Zone, and the tree level with Dimentio. Only difference is that Super Paper Mario had easy ways to finish stuff and gave clues and Sticker Star just trolls.
