No, I don't mean actually KOing/stunning them, I mean, has anyone ever outright refused to rank a particular partner? For me, Goombario hasn't received a single rank-up (except later in the game), but in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, it's Flurrie.

I'm just interested how people treat their least favorite partners.

Koops was out as my partner and he told Mario to not be so mean and was shocked Mario acted that way. I also said to steal Rawk Hawk's belt and Koops said it would be wrong.

Paper Mario: Can't think of a partner that I genuinely dislike enough to torture, Maybe Lakilester but even then that's pushing it...
Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door: I don't rank up Flurrie.
Super Paper Mario: I'm definitely not much of a Luigi fan, so I try to avoid using him unless I'm in a mandatory spot.
Paper Mario Sticker Star: This obviously doesn't count but I actually can tolerate Kersti to a degree, but those stupid Wiggler Segments are a different story...
