What I believe Fawful would do if he got the rest of the dark energy is kill Bowser, Mario and Luigi with Princess Peach as well and let the toads know that the new leader is himself. Then he would set off to rule the Beanbean Kingdom. For planning, is doing what a terrorist would naturally do, invading schools with killing everyone in a town. That would warn everyone that Fawful is back. Everyone would evacuate and Prince Peasley would go off and face Fawful himself with some reinforcements. Fawful with 100% of the dark power would kill Prince Peasley and the military. Midbus would be second in command in the Mushroom Kingdom. Fawful would catch the remaining Beanbean people and take them as slaves and hm, probably call the Beanbean Kingdom his....actual kingdom. (Since it was his home.)
