Remember Super Mario Sunshine? Y'know, that game where Mario go framed for polluting a paradisal island by a dark duplicate of himself a magicial paint brush?
Well, now I and pretty much everyone found out that Delfino Plaza has bunch of people who are spreading rumors, lies. They is a bunch of contradictions and hyprocrisy on this island. Lets see what we have here.
Why did Mario get locked up first of all? Oh yea! Because of the horrible graffiti tha made the Shine Sprites scatter someplace else. As stated in the court,

"As you are no doubt aware, someone has been senselessly defacing fair Isle Delfino using soke paint-like substance. The accused is charged for polluting our beautiful home and yes, endangering our very way of life. indeed, how can one not be aware of what is going on? Though it is daytime in Delfino Plaza, our poor residents tremble beneath a veil of darkness. Expert Shine scholars have determined that this darkness has arisen because all of our guardians, the Shine Sprites, have vanished from their gathering spot, at the Shine Gate. The reason? It's quite obvious. This horrible graffiti is to blame! Behold this sketch of the perpetrator based on eyewitnesses descriptions. The truth is obvious. The guilty party sits among us. it is none other than Mario!"
"Overruled! I judge the defendant guilty as charged! I hereby order the defendant to clean this entire island. Until Isle Delfino is completely free of his vile handiwork, Mario shall not be allowed to leave! Court adjourned."
Just wait, ignore the court for a second. Catch what one of the Pianta Officer says,

"We'll know if you start slacking off."
Did you also know that there I have a paint brush without the water squirter with me sometimes and then I pollute some special spots of the town including the residents? Oh you mustn't have known.
Did you also know that I have a big koopa based boat that I abducted a princess that came to vacation with me? Oh, did you know that I have a giant Mecha Koopa thing that shoots missiles? Oh you didn't know that? Oh well, but hey, don't I sound like more of a terrorist trying to destroy your island? Maybe?
But later on when you collect Shine Sprites, when you go back to the officers they ask if you're slacking off. So you didn't know? You must've been eating durians this whole time Pianta.
Funny how none of the Pianta Residents report of two Marios considering alot of the Pianta's you talk too on a Shadow Mario episode say "Do you have a twin?" or "This guy looks like you! Come on!" Do these people have no responsibility over themselves?
Thats not even all, when you go to Ricco Harbor, the second episode, "Blooper Surfing Safari" This dude offers a time trial to see if you can beat a time limit for the bloopers and all of a sudden he has this Shine Sprite.
Can I see the clip about the Jury accusing Mario for something he got framed for again?

"Expert Shine scholars have determined that this darkness has arisen because all of our guardians, the Shine Sprites, have vanished from their gathering spot, at the Shine Gate. The reason? It's quite obvious. This horrible graffiti is to blame!"
Now ignoring the Shadow Mario argument, is it possible that some of the Pianta residents wield some of the Shine Sprites for their own selfish needs? Making them criminals?
And there is Gelato Beach, which has another Pianta wielding a Shine Sprite as a PRIZE for getting the biggest watermelon. In Episode 8, The Watermelon Festival.
It seems as though some of your own people are stealing your live saviors.
Same thing happens in Pinna Park, they're having a contest for popping all the ballons on a rollercoaster and then you win a Shine Sprite.
And in Sirena Beach, the owner of the hotel gives you a Shine Sprite for cleaning up the beach, why are they keeping these items... The only area that doesn't have perpetrator is Noki Bay.
Pianta Village proves my point even more. There is this one female pianta in episode 4 next to a tree with fruit. She almost spreads this secret to us saying that there is this secret cash stash on top of the tree that is owned by the mayor of Pianta Village. And guess what the "sercret cash stash" is...

How nice is that? The whole island is stealing your Shine Sprites kiddos. Now, this is the worst thing, ever. Just by watching this video, there will be alot of hyprocrisy for all the Pianta's claiming "You should be ashamed of yourself for stealing our items criminal!"

Thats funny, alot of these Shine Sprites are found in Delfino Isle, where the police force and court is at.. Isn't this where the gathering is? Then how do the piantas fail to notice that there are quite literally Shines IN THEY'RE HOUSES?! THERE IS THE CRATE GUY WHO ADVERTISES FOR WINNING TWO SHINE SPRITES FOR BREAKING BOXES IN A TIME LIMIT.
Funny how bad it is, and we're the criminals, Shadow Mario only made them notice all the pollution, I guess that's what it is. But, what makes everything alot more worse, that, we all know there are 240 blue coins in the game and they are used to trade in with these raccoons. These raccoons....have 24 SHINE SPRITES!! WHICH IS A FIFTH OF ALL THE SHINES IN THE GAME. And whats even worse about it, is that these PIANTAS ACTUALLY HAVE BLUE COINS. ARE THEY TRYING TO BUY SHINES FOR THEIR OWN SELFISH NEEDS?! These officers, fail to realize how much crime is on their island. And after Shadow Mario floods Delfino Plaza, these fimiliar Piantas that come from Pianta Village came in to the Town Square. They're by the boat where you go to the Airstrip. The female says that "Cities are dangerous anyways." She says something similar too that but WHAT? IS THE GAME IMPLYING THAT PIANTA'S ACTUALLY KNOW THAT THEY'RE TOWN IS BAD?!
Are you turned away from visiting Delfino Isle now tourists? Watch out! You might get locked up from being framed by your dark duplicate and all the other residents.
