Kirby collection comes with some of the anime episodes. Imagine an anime for Paper Mario. It would be perfect since the game is set up in a format similar to episodes.

Well PM anime would be more into storytelling and character developpement while M&L would be more into visual, funny gags and action.

SPM for PM no doubts (in fact there was rumors of a anime project of SPM but it seem to have been dropped).

For M&L, SSS or maybe PiT since the Darker storyline would work better as an anime format

I also through of the voice acting problem and found a simple way to solve it, basically in a Klonoa way peoples in the anime speak a fictional language/contructed gibberish with subtitles translating what they're saying, so this avoid the dubbing problem (specially since the voice actors are from both japan and US)

An anime or a 3D adaptation is a lot better for this kind of thing than real life actor.

Super Paper Mario was already like an anime in a way with its storyline and characters, so I would choose that one too.

PIT would be my choice from Mario and Luigi since BIS would have to too much backstory to set up Fawful.
